Gary will be posting soon on the CFC Forum about the CFC qualification rules for this event. If there ever was need to, Bob would have to manually parse the present U16 group to see who would be still under 16 come Jan 1 (I assume that's when the changeover occurs in the rating list generator)

CFC ratings gives the following U16`s in order of rating. Presumably the list may change to include only those U16 on January 1st.
