Francis, I hope somebody is printing copies of the flyer to be displayed at this weekend's Ontario Open in Oakville, as well as at clubs with many juniors like Seneca Hills, Scarborough, Aurora, Mississauga, etc.

The French version should be posted on the French Chesstslk.

Yes, that's the reason I am asking as I found it's much better than what I experienced with google translate.

Most of the contents are accurate, while a few word translation may not fit chess context, but we can understand very well.

Actually the translation's been done by my admin asstts. Yufan and Kaiyu
Could you let us know where's the ambiguity/mistake, and we'll make the correction.
(the event is only open to N.American countries:)

            Thanks,

              Those who hesitate are lost!

The University has informed me that all rooms are full!

Contact me and I will see what I can do for you.

Pre-Registered list will be posted during the first week of June.

                Rates go up on Saturday.

We are over 200 players at this point with registrations from 4 countries. The University is sold out for Premium lodging....we have found rooms at the traditional University residence for $30 per person plus tax.

We are still working on finding more premium rooms on-site.

I would suggest you register before the rates increase...we will find solution for staying on-site.

This is a great event which comes to Canada once every 3 years...make your plans NOW!

I would say that with two and a half months until the tournament starts, you are likely to break your old record.

                    Hi Vlad,

Francis, our marketing expert, called me this morning.

He said, let's go for 400 players!

I think we are at about 250 players at this point, including a nice contingent from the Bahamas!

The pre-registered list will appear on Tuesday June 4, 2019.

Still time to register at the reduced rates today. Tomorrow you pay more.

                    Larry

It looks like we are at 310 players!

We are going through the list to make sure we do not have duplicates and that we have not missed anyone.
Pre-registered list will be available before the end of the day and I will post the link at that time.

Wow! I think we were at about 200 at this point in 2016. Four hundred and fifty maybe?

                            Hi Vlad,

Based on a conversation I had with Francis this morning...I think he has bigger ambitions than that :).

He is a whiz in the marketing department and has been a godsend to our organization over these many years!

Now I have to find more space at the University :).

We need less than 20 registrations to set a new record for this event!

Entry fees increase at the end of the month.

If you are hesitating because of lodging issues, contact me and I will see what I can do:

This will be a great championship...you really do not want to miss it!
