  • Ontario Chess Challenge Qualifier this Sunday March 18 !

The first of 2 major qualifiers for the 2012 Ontario Chess Challenge
takes place this Sunday at the Marshall McLuhan School, Toronto.

Quite a few younger ChessTalkers are eligible - yes, there's quite a
few high-schoolers on CT! (The OCC runs right from SK to Grade 12)

I actually met a number of today's high-fliers and IM's at the OCC for
the first time - IM's Noritsyn, Calugar, FM's Sapozhnikov, Kleinman, etc.

So c'mon CT's young turks (and kids of ChessTalkers:-), show us what
ya got! Registration is 11-12 noon, and we do too have a ton of prizes!

And of course, we have a generous sponsor "Spirit of Math Schools" who
regularly contribute lots of $$$ to our tournaments throughout the year!
