Re: Trump - The NEW, New Thread
Is there a tax reform bill NOW being debated in the house or the senate? Why would news media spend large amounts of time covering something that is still in the talk/development phase? When policy is in the t/d phase, seems to me you'd be more likely to find discussion in opinion and analytical items than on the 'front pages'.Originally posted by Neil Frarey View PostBetween May 17th to June 20th, 350+ minutes dedicated on major news networks to create fake Trump/Russia collusion.
Between May 17th to June 20th, 1 minute (yeppers, that's 1 whole minute!) dedicated on the major news networks COMBINED to talk about Trump's tax reform.
Contrast?
p.s. And re Trump himself, if the President is determined to act like a goof and talk like a goof, is it really a big surprise that he attracts a lot of attention. He's a big car accident and there are a lot of rubberneckers out there. :)Last edited by Peter McKillop; Wednesday, 12th July, 2017, 09:49 AM.

Sharp Partisan Divisions in Views of National Institutions
Basically, Republicans love church and hate university. This is not exactly a revelation.

And another take on Trump and the G-20, this time from a leading U.S. conservative periodical (surprise! they seem to think that Trump is a tool, too):

For those of you that have put forward the view that the antiIsrael stance of the Democratic party and many of the major groups supported by the Democratic party ie BLM, different factions from the LGBT etc is not an important issue that affects all AMERICANS here is some interesting listening.

Interesting post I saw on Facebook today: https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?f...type=3&theater
Can't imagine how some of you people don't find Trump abhorrent. It seems unhealthy to not have that sentiment. Or maybe just very bad taste.

Re: Trump - The NEW, New Thread
And Trump is making the same mistake that Obama made. Why rename this thread? Trump is the acting President. You're freaking out about mistakes that were made in the past, instead of mistakes that are being made right now. Don't you see how crazy that is?Originally posted by Neil Frarey View PostObama target intel was so effective it murdered over 100 people who were attending a funeral ... lets re-title this thread.
