    Hi everyone!

Read this and then, see by yourself.

Our next classical online live chess event, «C'est un classique; G90+30», starts on May the 4th. It will be a 5 round at pace G90+30 and will take place on Chess.com. One round lasts one full week. The players will have to agree on a common suitable day and time to play their game. All the games will be rated at FQE under the specefic value «classical online rating».

The current tournament (C'est un départ; G90+30) has been a great success, with 24 players, 2 sections, 3 Masters, 4 Experts and a couple of rising young stars. You too can play with us as long as you are a member at CFC/FQE, can observe a Negotiation Protocol that's especially designed to increase the chances of a quick agreement between the paired players, and are a player who always play fair. «C'est un départ; G90+30», on Chess.com. This is the group linked to the current tournament. Please enter, click «forum» and see the concept. Look at a couple of Negotiation forums, where the paired players agreed about a common suitable starting day / time for their game. Look at the pairings for Rounds 1-2-3 and 4. Look at the Standings (Classement) after Round 3. And even look at the links that lead to the games aready played!

In other words, see by yourself.

See by yourself that our solution to play good chess at classical pace, improving one's skills for any phase of the game in the process, REALLY WORKS.
See by yourself that we play serious chess, when no one resings at move 12, down a pawn or two.
See by yourself that out of 44 games at the moment or writing, 43 games have been played and only one has been forfeited.
See by yourself that on Saturday April 25 at 14:00 ET, FM Qiuyu Huang and NM Nicolas Soudre will be playing on Bd#1 and that the other participants will have the option to watch the game LIVE at home, when a link that leads to the game will be posted immediately after the game has started.

AND, see by yourself that in Canada, some people are still playing serious, classical good chess even with COVID-19.

May you feel good about what you've read above, write at « ovationechiqueenne@gmail.com » in order to find out how playing good, serious classical chess may happen to you soon.
