CCC Discusses Chess - Posts of Interest - Joining CCC

Earlier in April, the Cooperative Chess Coalition ( CCC ) restructured itself, and went from being a Canadian discussion/reform group, to an international discussion/reform organization. Let me introduce the 6 " members " that now form the Cooperative Chess Coalition ( CCC ) - Abbey Alo ( Ghana ); Joe Fatula ( USA ); Ken Kurkowski ( Can. ); Erwin Casareno ( Can. ); Sam Sharpe ( Can. ), and Bob Armstrong, Coordinator ( Can. ). CCC also has a category of " supporters ", who , although not wishing to be members, support the CCC objectives generally, and are willing to publicly be associated with it. At the moment, all 14 supporters are Canadian, given the genesis of the organization originally. CCC has been active discussing chess, raising a full 27 different topics on our Facebook chess discussion board in the last 2 months. CCC seeks to expand its debates, by reposting on national chess discussion boards ( at the moment this is only in Canada ). CCC would like to enhance its international character by bringing in more members and supporters from various countries ( Canadians still welcome LOL ). We would like to see, however, applicants to be " members " or " supporters ", initially taking some active role on our discussion page. So if you think you might be interested, start participating in our board, and then consider applying ! The two obligations for members are to post once every 2 months on our Facebook board according to the CCC schedule, and to read the CCC newsletter when it comes out ( about every 2 weeks ), and to respond to issues raised, with comments, votes, etc.

Of interest to you?? First step - join in the discussion at " CCC - Chess Posts of Interest "!
