Eastern Ontario season (need Organizers/TDs !!)

Hi everyone, first of all, apologies for not posting this sooner, but our primary location is going through some organizational churn, which is impacting our ability to lock in dates.

Please find further below our 2012-2013 schedule. Please note that one of the Ottawa dates is still tentative, and is marked as such below. We hope to lock them all in soon.

In addition, I was originally scheduled to be Organizer/TD for 7 events. However, I have decided to focus on just the following 3 events in the Eastern Ontario area this season :
- Ontario Open
- Eastern Ontario Open
- Canadian Open

Therefore, we need other Organizers/TDs to come forward to cover the following events :
- Ottawa Autumn Open (Halldor Palsson already in, thank you Halldor!)
- National Capital Open (in October, see list below)
- Ottawa Winter Open (in November, see list below)
- Ottawa Spring Open (in February, see list below)
Please note that we would consider a new Organizer/TD switching to the 2-day format.
