'In this day and age with advanced computer generated opening preparation why would a GM candidate play against the Muzio in a tournament game???'-Hans Jung-Chesstalk

This got me curious to see what happened in the game(See Chessbase Analysis on CBase.com too). I put Houdini3.0 to work and found an improvement for black on move 12.

2 games of IM Kislik(USA) who lives in Budapest.

(1)The bishop pair and weak pawn structure worked in black's favor as IM Kislik won in rd3. White gave an exchange in a desperate bid for counterplay black defended accurately and the RR-RN conversion was no problem.

    Benoni via King’s Indian[A65]

(2)Black's kingside defenders were stripped away as white mounted a kingside attack to decide quickly as Kislik won in rd4.
