The Ontario High School Chess Championship (April 7 - 8, 2017)
registration page is now open at http://www.ohscc.on.ca

    PLEASE REMEMBER:
The OHSCC - unlike any other chess tournament - is organised BY SCHOOL.
One adult - usually the teacher, but a coach or volunteer parent can
    take on this responsibility -
needs to collect all the data, and enter the school.

We suggest you use word registration form (see website for English and French forms)
    to collect the information.
Part 1 is the school information and cost summary.
Part 2 is the player / accompanying adult information.
If you have more than 3 players or adults, make extra copies of part 2.

(Adults - we only need name, T-shirt size, gender, and email address if
    you wish to give it.)

(Players - we need all the information requested. School address may be
    used instead of home address.)

    Schools outside the GTA:
Please see the travel information on the website.
For schools in Sarnia, London, Waterloo, and Kingston,
a return coach service is offered.
For schools in cities served by Porter Airlines, a discount fare is offered
    - plus one night hotel stay free (you need to book 3 nights).
Schools in other regions - check GO Transit service.

When you register, your school and players will be added to the Entries
    page on the website.
Check back often to see which other schools and players have entered.

The teacher / coach / parent who registered the school
will also receive an email summarising the information for the school.
You can pay the amount owing on line via PayPal ,
or you may send a school cheque to our Treasurer, Mr Farley, at UTS.

If necessary, the teacher / coach / parent who registered the school
may later add more players and/or adults to the team.
There is a second link under registration for doing this.
Please use the VIEW/EDIT REGISTRATION link under the REGISTRATION menu
    - DO NOT register the same school a second time!

    Thank you very much.
We look forward to seeing all of you at the Ontario High School Chess
    Championship 2017.

    Chris Field.
