  • NAYCC crosstables?

The NAYCC crosstables are at http://chess-math.org/toronto/naycc/standings.php .

How do you read the blitz crosstables? I know "$" means 2/2; "#" means 1.5/2, and "-" means 0/2. The crosstable only shows a number (without a symbol) when a player got either 1/2 or 0.5/2. There should be symbols (usually "=" and "%" for these results. What does "-$" mean? Were there tiebreaker games?

    Hi Hugh,

I understand that playoff games were played with a bullet time control...which the fans loved :)

Whoa, bullet games were used for the BLITZ event! :)

There were five tiebreakers for regular swiss sections.
