  • Chess Module for Drupal websites and blogs

    Greetings,

I made a Drupal Chess module primarily for the CFC newsfeed to display annotated games. But later on, I realize that other people come and ask me about that module too. In fact, nearly all the PGN module on Drupal are outdated (missing supported version for drupal 7 and 8). Hence, I decided to enhance my module a bit and publish it. You can download it on my website at http://devnetforce.com/drupal-module-chess-annotation/. There is an user manual inside it to guide you. Basically, it is a module that display you annotated PGN in a nice way. The backend PGN javascript library I used is from chesstempo. You can also customize the size of the style of the pieces. Note that this module is made for drupal 7. If the demand is high, I will make one for Drupal 8 too.

    Demos:
    Handle multiple games:

Change the size of board and the piece set:

    Hello Shao Hang He,

I know this post is a bit old. Your link to the module download isn't working and is going to a "Not Found" page. Also, your website does not have your email address.

      You might try: shaohanghe91@gmail.com

That info was contained in the whois information for devnetforce.com
(even if you go to the main page for that domain, there is no email address and most or all of the links lead to 404s)
There is an address and a phone number listed in the whois info as well - I wont post that here for obvious reasons...

I will review that by tomorrow. Did not update my website for a long time.

Now, it should work. I accidentally removed a line in my .htaccess file. Thanks for notifying me!
