How do you handle "flag(s) fell" situations? (especially if both overstep). [Not much related: can an increment still add on after a player flagged?]

Only recently I found out that the DGT clocks show only a fell flag for one player (5 min game), and 0:00 - 0:00 (if other player uses all time, his time stops at 0:00 but no flag). That is not a problem for a normal or supervised game, but unsupervised blitz has a special rule about both clocks flagged.

On a Chronos clock, you can select a setting "Halt at End" which stops both clocks as soon as one side oversteps. I won't be the TD, and almost all the clocks will be Chronos. I'm not sure if the DGT has a similar setting.
