      Unfortunately, page 2 is all gobbledegook, and the link to the survey on the last page does not work. Is that link the survey results, btw?

      I used IE 11 and Chrome, so I don't think it's my browser...

        I'd be interested to know if others are having the same problems as John Coleman.

        I am unable to duplicate them on my computers:
        • everything works on my Android device;
        • page 2 looks fine when I look at it in Chrome or in IE;
        • the links work when I open the PDF in a proper PDF viewer.

        The link on the last page does not open when I view it in Chrome (I think Chrome does not parse the "https" correctly), but it will work when using a PDF program.

        I suggest downloading the PDF it and opening it in a dedicated PDF reader: Adobe Reader and PDF-XChange Viewer are both excellent and free.

        No. As you'll see when you find a program which can read page 2, there have been very few responses to the survey so far; so I'm extending it.

            Using Adobe Reader allows me to see page 2. Don't know why the browsers wouldn't display it.

            The link to the reader survey returns
            "Sorry, the file you have requested does not exist.
            Please check the address and try again."

            I tried with Chrome, Firefox, and IE11

              The PDF renders nicely in Preview on Mac OS X. When the survey link is clicked, however, only the first line of the URL makes it back to the browser. I can get to the survey page by copying both lines of the link, pasting into another program, reconnecting the lines, and pasting the reassembled URL in the browser.

                    My ipad uses the Safari browser so that might work for people who dload it to their computer.

                            I thought it was a collection of annotated games by some decent authors. A compilation of articles mostly.

                            Maybe I don't get it.
