    Dear Toronto Chess-Parents and children,

Thank you for another incredible scholastic tournament year in which once
again, we broke all attendance records, including at today's Grand Prix finals.

As we were winding up the prize-giving ceremony this evening, a computer
glitch delivered incorrect overall prize-winners. In order not to delay the
closing and departure, we decided to post those corrected placings online
tomorrow, and make the presentations at our June 1st team championships.
For anyone unable to attend, we will be mailing their prizes and gift-cheques.

Thank you once again Toronto - you have been awesome!
    We lead - others follow.

    With regards,
    Francis

Re: Toronto Grand Prix 2013-2014 Overall results

Overall Final Results and rankings for the Grand Prix 2013-14 are posted here:

    http://chess-math.org/toronto/gp1314_results.php

Winners are being intimated by mail. Prizes, trophies, etc. will be presented on
Sunday June 1st at the Ontario Team Championships at Marshall McLuhan SS.

For those unable to attend, prizes will be mailed out. For ties in top three winners,
the $amount will be totalled, then divided amongst the ties, as per FIDE rules, e.g.
if 5 players tie for 2nd place - the 2nd and 3rd place amounts ($150 $100) will be
added together, and divided by the 5 players tying, i.e. each player will receive $50.

The winner-list of players scoring 7.5 points or more (but not in the regular prize-list),
and who will share in the $1000 prize-pool, will be posted later. Cheques will be mailed.
