Journal of Chess Research
A new chess journal has been launched. It is a quarterly with each issue contributing broadly to awareness and understanding of the impact of chess on human development, psychology, cognition, philosophy, aging, sociology, business strategy, education and technology.
The Summer 2014 issue is tentatively scheduled for release on July 10, 2014.

Membership in the International Society for Chess Research for a payment of $75 gets you a digital copy of the journal whereas $99 gets you the printed copy.
