IM Bonin probably doesnt keep records of tournament wins - a huge number! (must be a record!)

I enjoyed the games! Nice attack by Jack Curdo and wonderful pawn play at the end of Jay Bonins game

When I asked Jay who had won more tournaments on Facebook, he replied, that he (Jay) probably has won more, but sounds like he does not keep track (Hans you were right!). I enjoyed going over Jay's games in Active Pieces, since I know or knew of a lot of his opponents. As Asa Hoffmann says in the Foreword to the book 'He (Jay) loves maneuvering with his knights so much that his characteristic knight maneurvers have become known as the "Bonin Knights" '. I played Jay in Toronto in the 1980's and I can say that he is a true gentleman.
