    All of that may be so, Chris, but the investigation's findings need to be made public so that people can see for themselves that everything has been done that realistically should/could have been done. The OCA needs this exercise, in my opinion, as a means of confirming, at least in part, that it will act with integrity in its future dealings. Otherwise why do we need the OCA? Why not let organizations like the EOCA, GTCL and SWOCL receive monies directly from the CFC and dispense with the OCA? We don't need layers upon layers in what amounts to a small, national organization. If the OCA and/or its executives can't be trusted then why do we need them?

      The findings WILL be public. When they're done.

      Commenting on anything halfway through would be premature. And in any case, I don't personally have any information to comment on, since I'm not directly on the committee.
