The "weakest master" reference in this Joe Lux USCF story amuses me since one of my fellow ACC members used to like to introduce himself as "Canada's weakest chess master" (albeit no longer so since he's regained circa 1/2 of his lost CFC rating points).

My CFC rating points were so old I gave them back. It must be a good thing because I smile whenever I think about it.

After I had appointed myself that (dis)honour I endeavored to search the list of CFC Titleholders to see if I could rightly claim this title. Alas, I quickly discovered a plethora of weaker masters than myself, poring through the list starting alphabetically from "A" and finally abandoning the exercise after finishing "H". So it seems I can't even be good at being bad, or would that be bad at being good?
