  • The 27th Annual Canadian Chess Challenge is this weekend!

    This annual event is being held in Quebec City. Each province is represented by 12 players...one in each grade from grade 1-12. We have posted the souvenir program (which includes the names of all the players, pairings, history of the event etc.).

    Results will appear live on the web.

      Ontario are champions once again - the
      19th time in the last 21 years.

      We salute all the other teams, in particular our
      great rival Quebec, who fought to the end and
      were pipped at the post! All credit to their great
      coach Lefong Hua, who prepped his team to often
      perform much above their ratings! Well done!
