      Ding Liren's 6 game winning streak came to an end after his 75-move bare kings draw with Karjakin today. Not sure how the blitz playoff ended as yet but I'm definitely rooting for Ding so I can see him back in action tomorrow (:

            And if there's any doubt whether Ding Liren can maintain his high rating, check out his defensive/attacking skill against Ni Hua - especially after move 23. Ding Liren is closing on the elite 2800+ group very quickly - now at 2781 - a gain of over 11 points this month.
