Thanks to those who posted on the Charbonneau vs Anand game. Right now I am having exceptional trouble responding to posts, as there may be a glitch with chesstalk, as others have posted about. So, I am writing in a new post. Thanks to Sid Belzberg for correcting the Olympiad site from Calvia to Turin. Mr. Bonham continues his strong interest in the topics. Mr. Harvey is bemused or mystified by my posts, but I am developing on a pioneering idea here, so if he is bored, he can simply tune out. He may learn something by following my work. IM Tom O'Donnell offers supportive insight; I had discussed the idea briefly with him a while back; thanks Tom!

Cascla (K'-|K+) or (<<'-|<<+): White castles first on the Kingside, Black also castles Kingside, Black wins.

This game is one of the most dramatic and outstanding ever played by a Canadian woman. It was the last round, and Sweden's Pia Cramling was leading the fight for gold on board one. She had the White pieces against Canada's Nava Starr, herself having an excellent tournament. Nava's tactical win gave her the board bronze medal, dropping Pia to silver!
