That isn't what's going on here. Within 2 years the entire Republican Party will be wanting to dump Trump, and this guy was showing that it can happen with just a declaration from Pence and support from a majority of Trump's cabinet. Trump can fight it, but Pence and the cabinet can just reiterate their original declaration and it's a done deal, Trump will be gone. That is in the Constitution, is what this guy was saying.

BTW.... here's another definition of insanity for you:

Telling everyone you're world famous, have made a fortune, and asking questions about how much would it take to hold a Women's World Chess Championship in Canada.... all while a simple web search on your name reveals absolutely NOTHING. No fortune, no world fame, no links to ANYTHING except a web site (http://www.societyofchessaficionados.world/) that has for many months now had absolutely no information except a "COMING SOON" notice and a listing of ECO chess opening codes -- none of which link to anything.

All that's missing is the old mid-90's Javascript code for blinking scrolling text: "Under Construction" :D:D:D

And it isn't Trump doing the construction, at least his buildings GET BUILT.
