    For the three of you that follow Sudbury chess, you know that the 2016 Sudbury Ch never happened because of room availability/travel issues.

    Therefore, the 2017 winter open will double as the Sudbury Ch.

    Here's the flyer for anyone who wishes to attend from out of town!

        Just a reminder to all that the tournament is this weekend! If you've never played Sudbury before it's not a bad idea to pre-register at the email above, as the university can be a little tricky to navigate (...for me anyway).

        I don't have a pre-registered list for everyone, especially as most of the locals just show up without officially announcing their intent to play, but I can tell you that we have players all the way from Chapleau to London who plan on playing. We're hoping it'll be the biggest Sudbury Ch ever!

        Also, a few of the best games of the tournament will be annotated and published here and/or on my blog.
