GEMS is organizing 3 tournaments for CYCC Qualifiers 2017. Each single tournament is a CYCC qualifier. Players achieving a score of 2.5 or better in any one tournament will qualify to participate in the CYCC 2017. The top players from CYCC will further represent Canada to the 2017 World Youth Chess Championships. Player score 2.5 or more will get a Medal + $5 bursary for next tournament.

All games are CFC rated.
(Any kids can play regardless of their chess level skills. Its good for fun as well as practice for the game.
