- Rated section registrants must be current CFC members or make payment prior to playing. See CFC website for most current membership rates: http://chess.ca/membership-rates
- Online registrants must arrive onsite by 10:00 am on Sunday, September 24th, 2017 to check-in and/or pay applicable fees
- Live broadcast of top 5 boards over the internet and the tournament halls
- Lunch after second round (cafeteria on site). Free parking.

A couple of enhancements to announce for this year:

- The tournament will be broadcasted via chess24.com and our open section players will be able to showcase their games in the well-known network:

- We have introduced self-check-in option for the tournament. Self-check-in will eliminate the need for queuing in the line on the tournament day. You do not have to see anyone as you will be automatically paired for the first round. You arrive and play.

Chess-to-Remember, 2017 is still open for registration. We would like to encourage everyone to register online and save $10 on registration fee.
Also, this would speedup the check-in process as upon successful online payment you will be able to self-check-in electronically.
