  • 1873 Canadian Championship book?

The May/June 1988 issue of "Canadian Chess Chat" mentions (in an editorial by M.D. Sharpe):

"this magazine will be publishing later this fall the tournament book for the Toronto 1873 championship. The book will include all of the games from the tournament and an account of the formation of the Canadian Chess Association - forerunner of the present Chess Federation of Canada. The book will be a lim9ited edition (as all books on chess history are, of necessity) offered first to subscribers to Canadian Chess Chat. Details will be announced in our next issue."

The following issue (July/August 1988) says details will be announced in the next issue. The September/October 1988 issue mentions nothing.

Does anyone know if such a book was ever published? My database has 18 complete games from the event - out of at least 26 games played according to http://chess.ca/canadian-championship-history-1870-1945
Is there a source for all the games?
