The 3rd Annual Canadian Amateur Championships begin tomorrow evening at 6pm in Kitchener City Hall. All equipment will be provided, along with free snacks and refreshments. On Saturday, Sunday and Monday we will feature the Schneiders Barbecue from 1pm - 4pm. Players get 2 free servings each day.
Players can still register online at www.chessfest.ca or by emailing me at halbond@sympatico.ca to avoid the late fee. I will take one last look at my inbox on Friday morning before going to the venue
