Another accomplishment of GM Firouzja is live rating now in the top 100 of the world. Youngest to do so (I think). Now competition and improvement is going to get very tough.

I have been following Jeffery Xiong since he was an unknown in Texas way back in 2011. But that is old news as he is now 18.

Currently GM Sindarov as he has interestingly creative tactical abilities but he has been learning hard lessons recently. Also GM Praggnanandhaa.

I forgot about Awonder Liang who I have been following for a long time. He's amazing and exceptional in that he plays like an old man (and I mean that as a compliment) - clear strategy and well played endgames. Thanks Wayne.

There are so many Indian prodigies now and coming soon. Vishy Anand was speaking about them recently.

Razvan Preotu is Canada's most amazing recent prodigy. However he's off to university now and I wish him all the best.

Speaking about Firoujza he just won a simple, elegant game (even though there were tactics not played that were complex) in rd 7 at Aeroflot.

Andrey Esipenko, Firouzja Alireza, Maghsoodloo Parham, and Rameshbabu Praggnanandhaa are some prodigies I've been following. I've even had the chance to play bullet against Prag on chess.com
