    Spring Classic in St Louis

Led by Chucky (Ivanchuk) 5 of the top 100 in the world are playing in a round robin where everyone is over 2600. Our favorite Eric Hansen is also playing. Play started today about an hour ago.

There is also a B tournament where everyone is over 2500. I'm picking Cristian Chirila to finish big.

https://www.chessbomb.com/arena/2019...obian_Varuzhan A different form of entertainment. Comes from trying too hard to win. Tragedy. Poor Chucky.

https://www.chessbomb.com/arena/2019...idanov_Gregory White isnt aware of the kingside danger until too late. The black knight chops pawns.

On move 15 in the game Bok - Xiong after black's Nc5 the 4 knights form a knightmove. Geometry, not to be underrated.

Ray - Ray's f5 is met by the high class Rf4! Exchange sack! Chucky!

Chucky's Rc1 - Rc8!! A magnificent conception (even if the computer doesnt like it)

Chucky messed up a beautiful position but for entertainment value did not disappoint.

In the endgame on move 30 Kaidanov missed e4. (Of course!, after you see it)
