Thanks to Nikolay's opponent for making it so much fun. I counted 24 knight moves.

Bernie went yesterday to arrange dates for 2020 events at The Newmarket Old Town Hall. Spring was booked years ago by us (March 28-29). However, other groups snapped weekends in October. Only available days were left in November 7-8, 2020. Thus for now:

            Spring - March 28-29

            Fall - November 7-8

Prizes will be posted on the website. Though most of them took cheques and were photographed :) One is contacted to ship a cheque. Other one will be handed at the club.

Thanks Hans! It's the first chess tournament I've won since I was a kid and a very enjoyable weekend overall!

                        Rated by the CFC.

                        Top gainers :)

                        Master: Benito Suria- 115
                        U2100: Alex Xu 95
                        U1700: Eric Qiuan 206 !!!
U1300: it's the most complicated section as many players came with not yet established ratings thus changes are HUGE. Do your math and analyzes yourself.

The tournament website updated with results and prize funds and distributions added.
