Hans, can you explain how Kevin lost his round 3 game vs
    Pastor Alonso De Prado, Alberto
, when at move 44, when Stockfish says he is +10, the result is 0-1? According to the chess clocks on chessbomb, he still had 24 minutes left.
I thought he must have won, but subsequent pairings would indicate he lost?

I wondered at the time myself. Its a position in which Black can resign. Perhaps only Kevin himself can explain it. There was another game which turned on him but there is no sign of that in this one. A mystery.

The crosstable on chess-results shows a win for Kevin in round 3.

That would make sense, Hugh. His pairings looked funny based on point-groups after that.

How old is Kevin now, anyway - I would think he is still playing pretty good 2nd level chess for his age.
