Where: DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Toronto Airport West, 5444 Dixie Road, Mississauga, ON
Rounds @ Saturday 9:30 am, 2:00 pm, 6:30 pm; Sunday 10:00 am, 3:00 pm. Format
Type: 5 Round Swiss. CFC rated & FIDE rated for OPEN & U-1800 CFC membership is required.
Type: 5 Round Swiss. CFC rated for U-1500 and U-1200. CFC membership is required.
Sections: OPEN, U-1800, U-1500 and U-1200 (Note: Sections may be combined based on registrations)

Registration ends 9:00 am | Rounds @ Saturday 9:30 am, 2:00 pm, 6:30 pm; Sunday 10:00 am, 3:00 pm.

1.5 hrs + 30 secs increment – All Sections
Byes
1/2 points for rounds 1 to 3 (All sections)
The byes MUST be requested in advance, at the latest prior to the end of the previous round.

TOURNAMENT PRIZES:
70% of entry fees per section will be distributed as cash prizes to the top 5 players. Breakdown of prize distribution to be determined prior to the event.
Unrated may not win over $100 in U-1200; $300 in U-1500 & U-1800.
Players with provisional rating will be considered as unrated for this tournament.
Rating: The latest highest of CFC / USCF / FQE / (FIDE + 100 pts) to be used. Frequently Asked Questions (FAO)

Credits can be used to register for tournaments and other programs offered by Elevate My Chess. Registration fee will be forfieted if you don’t notify us of withdrawals before March 30, 2020. However, consideration for credit will be considered in special circumstances on a case by case basis.
