    Stuck at home? This may be a good time for more chess reading.
    I used to think that the best piece of chess fiction was 'The Royal Game' by Stefan Zveig who having written it may have decided he would never write anything more as good and so
    commited suicide.
    But then a few days ago I found this on my book shelf >>>>

    Midnight by the Morphy Watch - Fritx Leiber
    At least as good as the 'Royal Game' in my opinion.
