The Golden Horseshoe Chess Championship is less than two weeks away!
As we are getting close to capacity, registration will close as soon as we reach capacity.
So, if you've not registered yet, do so quickly.

Note that we've added a pairing list tab to put players in the appropriate sections based on current ratings. We will review the ratings again the week of the event. If you registered for a section that is above your ratings, you will be bumped down to your appropriate rating section.

Format
Type: 5 Round Swiss. CFC rated & FIDE rated for Championship, U-2100 and U-1700. CFC membership is required.
Type: 5 Round Swiss. CFC rated for U-1400 and U-1000. CFC membership is required.
Sections: CHAMPIONSHIP, U-2100, U-1700, U-1400, and U-1000
Round Times
Registration ends 9:00 am | Rounds on Saturday 10am, 2:30pm & 7pm, Sunday 10am & 3:00pm
Time Controls
1.5 hrs + 30 secs increment – All Sections
Byes
1/2 points for rounds 1 to 3 (All sections)
The byes MUST be requested in advance, at the latest prior to the end of the previous round.
