Type: 5 Round Swiss. CFC rated & FIDE rated for Championship, U-2100 and U-1700. CFC membership is required.

Sections: CHAMPIONSHIP, U-2100, U-1800, U-1500, U-1200 and Junior U-900 (Under 13 years old)

Registration ends 9:00 am | Rounds on Saturday 10am, 2:30pm & 7pm, Sunday 10am & 3:00pm

1.5 hrs + 30 secs increment – All Sections

1/2 points for rounds 1 to 3 (All sections)
The byes MUST be requested in advance, at the latest prior to the end of the previous round.

TOURNAMENT PRIZES – Minimum Prize Pool of $4,350 based on a minimum of 100 registered players (Prizes may be reduced proportionately based on the number of registered players):
Championship: 1st – $700; 2nd – $400; 3rd – $300
U2100: 1st – $500; 2nd – $300; 3rd – $250
U1700: 1st – $400; 2nd – $250; 3rd – $200
U1400: 1st – $250; 2nd – $200; 3rd – $150
U1000: 1st – $200; 2nd – $150; 3rd – $100
Unrated may not win over $100 in U-900 & U-1200; $400 in U-1500, U-1800 & U-2100.
Players with provisional rating will be considered as unrated for this tournament.
Rating: The latest highest of CFC / USCF / FQE / (FIDE + 100 pts) to be used.

Refund Policy
No cash refunds on withdrawal. Credit for an equal amount will be given if you notify us of withdrawal on or before June 20, 2022. Credits can be used to register for tournaments and other programs offered by Elevate My Chess. The registration fee will be forfeited if you don’t notify us of withdrawals before June 20, 2022. However, consideration for credit will be considered in special circumstances on a case-by-case basis.
