Sorry if this is obvious and I cannot find it: Who is on the Canadian teams for the coming Olympiad?

The lineups for all of the teams are listed on Chess-Results.

I must have missed something, because it seems 2022 Canadian Champion FM Yuanchen Zhang declined his automatic spot on the Olympiad team!?

IM Raja Panjwani, with his upcoming participation in the 2022 Olympiad for Canada, becomes the first player with a Kingston connection to reach this level since NM Andrew Kalotay, at the Havana Olympiad 1966. Andrew was studying for his Master's degree in Mathematics at Queen's University at that time, and represented Queen's University at chess, while winning several events at the Kingston Chess Club.
Raja lived in Kingston with his family from 2000 to 2004 (age 9 to 14). Raja and his father, Dr. Dilip Panjwani, were active members of the Kingston Chess Club during that time. Raja wound up winning all the major Kingston events, while he was making his mark at the national level in the CYCC, and scoring well at the WYCC and Americas YCC. He raised his rating from 1210 to 2200 in those years!! Dilip was a key organizer at KCC, a competitive player, a wonderful national organizer on the CFC Executive, and travelled with the Canadian delegation to the WYCC several times. I had the great pleasure and privilege of coaching Raja in that era, and Dilip usually joined in our sessions, also gaining significantly in strength! He is one of Canada's leading cancer specialists.
So, congratulations, Raja and Dilip!! Good luck and good skill in Chennai!!

Great lineups with Eric Hansen, Nikolay Noritsyn, and Razvan Preotu and MJ Ouellet, Qiyu Zhou, and Svetlana Demchenko as regulars.
