Is Chess4win an established chess school? I don't like it when an internet business asks for money but there isn't a name of the organizer or arbiter. Somebody who has organized chess tournaments before, has, been seen at chess tournaments, and has a CFC rating.

Also, being an OCA event, has outreach been done (by the OCA) to the other regions of Ontario and inexpensive accommodations offered?

      Hi Erik,
It appears to be under the umbrella of Focus Learning, who have been established
for around a dozen years. The Tournament location corresponds to their address.
(we had supplied them with chess instructors:)
