          • Chucky is playing like a man possessed.

Ivanchuk did it! The final position is a form of zugzwang and he's beaten the leader Suleymanli!

            • Master Rd 11. This is a tough tournament! Giri found overpowering tactics against Erdogmus.

              • There's a reason Abdusattarov has been leading the tournament most of the way. He finds tricky tactics to get out of troublesome positions and improve his pieces.

                • Following the Pragga - Keymer game you can enjoy the depth of chess. Pragga played an incredible double knight sacrifice to "win" a rook and three pawns for two bishops. What an imbalance! But the computer doesnt like it. It assigns the two bishops a plus one advantage.
Sure enough the two bishops assumed the initiative and the pawns started falling like ripe cherries and then the king as well. Very hard to hold.
Keymer had a fairly easy time of it to pick up the win.

                    • Rd 11 Challengers Carissa Yip played into an artful good knight vs bad bishop endgame and the final position was zugzwang.

                        • In the Challengers after 11 the leader has flip flopped because of Chucky's great win over Suleymanli and Woodward's nice win over Maurizzi.

Woodward with 8.5. Chucky! and Suleymanli tied with 8. Maurizzi with 7.5
