Does anyone know what the exact definition is for REGULAR RATED CFC games? Is it as simple as a minimum time per player of 60 minutes? OR is it some combination of minimum time per player adjusted for increments or delays that may be present? Not a lot of fun combing through the CFC rules such as they are (old pdf of Bylaws versus NFP continuance....

I'm basically looking for how to determine if a tournament/match can be regular rated versus Quick(which apparently includes blitz, rapid, active and who knows what other adjective)

Rule of thumb is that the initial time in minutes and the increment or delay in seconds should add up to 60. So 60|0, 45|15, and 30|30 are all good.

Thanks Fred ... I checked my thumb and I had no such information(!)
At least that is an easy way to check if regular ratings will apply.
