    this forum (you read or ask)
    chess.ca (Newsletters duplicates most of them (or all))
    specific to regions (GTCL, SWOCL, EOCA, etc) at their websites;
    chess schools have info at their sites too

      You are there!

      Any organiser of a trournament who does not post the information on ChessTalk has got a screw loose somewhere!

        Peter, I am glad you asked. Try the new SWOCL website at:

        http://chess.servegame.com/swocl/news.php

        Not to be confused with the old SWOCL website that still lingers about, that we can't seem to kill at
        http://www.chessontario.com/swocl.html

        I forgot why we can't kill it, you'd need to ask Chris, again. :o

        Peter, check the SWOCL site for notice of SWOCL AGM. There will be free coffee!!:)

          I tried again and still couldn't kill the old SWOCL site for some reason which I suspect but won't bother posting here.

          Anyway since it needed to be done anyway I've just gone ahead and killed the entire OCA website, to be replaced ASAP.

            Webmaster Raymond Lacroix does a great job maintaining the EOCA tournaments page :
