        I haven't been to a library for quite a while, but perhaps your local library can get a circulation copy from the NFB? Is that the point of the link, Benoit?

          I think I have a VHS copy somewhere. If I find it you are welcome to a copy but be forewarned it will not be the highest of quality.

            I understand about quality. Your help is highly appreciated. The movie is taken out library circulation since it's on VHS. The history of chess during early 80's must be preserved.

              NFB Site Rocks!

              Come to think of it, there are many points :

              1. There is a way to go see it in Montreal and Toronto, see Our Centers;
              2. It still is in their catalog, so there should be a way to get it;
              3. They should know, so somebody should email them;
              4. NFB site rocks: just look at what you can see, even if you can't get your own copy of Carle's documentary!

              The most important point, in my humble opinion, is 4, of course.
