It's funny that event announcements still include the conditions no smoking and no computers. For fun, maybe I'll hold an event where computers can enter and smoking is allowed in the playing hall.

Can someone please clarify when the $10 discount deadline date is?
It says $40 if paid by October 22nd ... AFTER the tournament!? Thanks!

Nothing says solid tournament like a cheating filled smoke fest, put me down as an early entry.

"The event is Oct 16-17. Entry Fee: $50 at site, $40 if paid before October 22."

Clearly, therefore, there is a penalty of $10 for paying at the site. Strange, but that's what the information says.

Makes me wonder what the organisers are smoking...
