Ottawa CYCC Qualifier: last registration days

Hi local chess families, please note that registrations have to be received by this Thursday.

As of earlier today when I checked the mailbox, there are 31 players registered, and they are listed at the end of this post. If you are still thinking of mailing in a registration, I would very strongly suggest that you use some form of special delivery that guarantees arriving in the mailbox by Thursday. During the day this Thursday, I will check the mailbox one last time, and then re-post the list of registered players here. If your child's name does not appear on that list, regardless of whether you have mailed anything in, then your child is not considered registered yet. Therefore, to ensure that no one gets accidentally missed, I will have one final registration at the RA chess club on Thursday night. I am working in the valley until 10pm, so I will get to the RA Centre by 11pm, and will stay there until 1130pm.

Please note that there will be no registrations possible after 1130pm this Thursday night.

Hi again, I have edited the initial post to add one new registration from Wednesday.

There were no other registrations in the mailbox today, and no more deliveries today.

If you mailed in your registration, and yet it does not show in the list, then you are unfortunately considered not registered. The last chance for registrations will be tonight at the RA chess club. I will be arriving close to 11pm, and stay until 1130pm.
