    Will there be be
(a1)CO news and related publicity on a round by round basis apart from this?
    http://monroi.com/pinnacle-48th-cana...p-results.html

I see a tab for blog and one for media but they remain rather blank

(a2)Great job by Bob A on the <2000 section
Now it's the best known section in the world.

(b)CFC news apart from the Bob A blog?

Or shall I/we just wait for the TWIC report? Ongoing coverage of the Open section and the CO as a while is quite dissapointing.

In a perfect world there's be an article or two everyday in the News Section of the web site. Having said that, we're still working through getting the whole thing running properly, so I expect it'll be another two or three weeks before we see regular news pieces appearing there. If I had an extra few hours in my day I could report from what I can read from Monroi, but that's the extent of my capability. We have no on-site reporters so to speak.

You might see more news filtering in now that the AGM is over. It made for a long day to sit through meetings all day and then to have to play a five or six hour game shortly after the meeting adjourned.

        Exactly right Vlad....

Maybe you could note that this is a "work in progress" and give us some time to catch up with the "reporting aspect" as we have given top priority to our tournament and players to date.

The MEDIA tab is now functioning -- click it and check out the pics.

Next... any reporters out there want to submit the blog for the Open?

        Volunteers? Anyone? :)

We here at the tournament are anything but disappointed.

Zeljka from Monroi has done a remarkable job of coverage -- now with more than half a dozen photo galleries and videos currently in production.

Please take the time to have a look and let Zeljka know what a great job she has done to get caught up!

          YEAH ZELJKA AND MONROI! :D

            Hi

            Pics are nice.
            Looking forward to videos.

It's 5.25am in Budapest as I check the blog
Arencibia is in the lead with 5.5/6 but results tab goes to Rd 5 so round is still in progress?

Am I to understand that a player may not take pics for himself to take home as souvenirs?

I am sure participants are having a good time. I was saying coverage was sparse for people not in it not following move-by-move.

Many thanks to the organizers of the CO for putting on a fantastic show! But could you put up a kind of mini-crosstable of the first 5 or 10 boards or so, so we can see who is leading? Thanks!
