Wow, Jackie Peng, that's quite the impressive rating climb she has had. I think maybe you can also see the "thesis, antithesis, synthesis" theory of GM Peter Biyiasas at work. Basically, what that means is that as an improving young Expert-Master-... you may be getting better all the time, but your rating shows definite plateaux, and sometimes before going on to a new higher plateau, your rating might go down as you're working to square your new knowledge with your existing knowledge. Jackie's rating had been flapping about a bit since last October. Anyway, congrats to Jackie and Victor, and to the Hamilton crew for a great turnout.
