KW Fall Open

Location: Kitchener City Hall,
Type: 5 round Swiss,
Sections: Open, U2000, U1600,
TC Rd 1 60 minutes +30 (Fischer), Rds 2-5, 90 minutes +30 (Fischer),
Saturday: 9:40 am, 1 pm, 6 pm, Sunday: 10 am, 3 pm,
Entry Fee: $50, $60 cash at site, (Junior and Senior $40,) Titled Players, half price,
Advance entry $10 discount if received by 13 September 2012 (except Juniors and Seniors)
Juniors are those who are still under 18 years of age by 31 December 2012. Seniors are those who are 60 years of age by 31 December 2012.
All registration fees returned as prizes (minus rating fee and minimal expense)
Byes permitted - round 1- 4
Registration: by email: Contact Ralph Deline, arcticcompass@hotmail.com, and please include "KW Fall Open" in the "Subject" heading so it will not get deleted as junk mail.
Or registration at the door at 9:00-9:30 on Saturday (cash only)
Note: To play up a level, you must be within 100 rating points and pay an extra $20 that will go towards the Olympiad fund.

Chess sets and clocks provided.
We hope you include the KW Fall Open on your chess calendar and you will attend for a fun and enjoyable weekend. Our KW Winter Open had 77 players and we hope to exceed that number this time around. Therefore, your attendance is required. :)
