at the Legends Sports Lounge, 774 Danforth (2 blocks east of the Pape subway station).
Entry fee is $30 - cash prizes for winners in rating
groupings as well as the top two or three over all.

Yes, we have a Rapid today! I may have commented a few weeks ago that we would skip today (I thought the Annex tournament would hold round 7 today).
But we continue as usual. Remember, if you are not listed among those on the Rapid rating list, you can enter at half price ($15 instead of the usual $30).
The tournament is very strong - mostly masters - but it's an excellent way to test your opening ideas without having the game score published. And for the non-masters, there are always class prizes to shoot for.
