So it's free for IMs and WGMs but not GMs? ;)

There are not many GMs who bypassed an IM :p
On other hand GM is an international master (IM) title :D

With CC, I was awarded both the IM and SIM titles at the ICCF congress at the same annual meeting. I got a certificate and medal for both of them. Bronze for IM and Silver for SIM. I didn't get a gold. :)

Re: Toronto Labour Day at Hart House

I am really happy to see EF returning to normal and friendly rate (70 and for most players 60 CAD) . EF was exorbitant last big Toronto tournament (Toronto International). 150 or 175 CAD without any discount for just 7 round event...

Probably it was the main reason for the pretty low (and much lower than expected) turnout.

Were you not sleeping because the CYCC girls kept you awake? :p

I wish i could use that as an excuse, but unfortunately, I still need to learn how to put tough losses behind me, and be able to focus on the next round. One of my games completely destroyed my confidence and the next game i lost in 20 moves. There's something for me to work on besides just my chess! :)
