  • CFC Customer Service

I sent an e-mail to info@chess.ca two days ago asking where I can find the ratings calculator. No answer.

Every time I call the 519 number found at the bottom of the chess.ca main page I go straight to voice mail. Since I work in a call centre, I cannot receive a call back during business hours.

Does anyone know how I can get an answer to my question without sending another e-mail into what seems to be an abyss?

    Thanks, Jordan
No matter how big and bad you are, when a two-year-old hands you a toy phone, you answer it.

I found it on the CFC website. Type in your name to get your rating and it is there.

          Re: CFC Customer Service

          Thanks for all the replies.

I would still like to understand why after more than 48 hours, I have not received a reply to my e-mail. If anyone at the CFC office is reading this, please reply.

          Thanks, Jordan
