    On page 25, Eric holds a FIDE paper. Is it a GM title confirmation? or just a norm confirmation? in other words when will a player become a Grandmaster officially? The FIDE site lists him as an IM still.

      Good observation:-) It is an old title, he didn't officially get the GM title yet.
